Jasmine Davenport-Murray, Registered Environmental Health Specialist has been in the food safety industry for 20 years. During the past 20 years she has audited and provided food safety consultation for restaurants, business facilities, manufacturing facilities, university cafeterias, nursing homes, hotels, and medical facilities. Jasmine has effectively worked through all aspects of dining program management including the development of HACCP plans for several companies, which includes developing and monitoring their procedures to keep food safe and reduce the risk of food-borne illness. She has worked as a Microbiologist testing foods for pathogens and has a certification in FDA requirements, HACCP, and OSHA regulations.
Jasmine has vast knowledge and understanding of best practices, operations, trends, and standards in culinary/food service. She has been a certified Instructor and proctor for Servsafe under the National Restaurant Association for 12 years. Jasmine is also a instructor for the State of Illinois and City of Chicago Certified Food Service Sanitation Manager Programs.
